This program is designed for individuals with a high level of kinesthetic knowledge and fitness teaching experience. Split over multiple days, you will learn how to apply your current movement knowledge to the innovative Pilates curriculum inspired by the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates. By the end of the course you will understand how to guide a student through novice, transitional and experienced Pilates mat programs. This Teacher Training course is designed with careful consideration and respect for the Pilates Method Alliance.
